How Do I Find An Item?

To browse the site you can use the link on the left of every main site page, each time you select a page from the this menu the options will change to show a list of other relevant options, so it's just like browsing in a shop! for example : When you first visit the site the left navigation area will display a list of general links like DVD, MUSIC, GAMES, if clicked into 'CD's' you would be directed to the CD's home page and the options available to you will be relevant to browsing for Music (Sound Tracks, Rock, Folk, World, Easy Listening).

How Do I Start Shopping?

When you have located the item you wish to purchase, simply click the buy now button, you will then be directed to your 'Trolley Page' (there is a link to your trolley at the top of every main site page) if you wish to add more items please use the 'Continue Shopping' link.

As you add or remove items the price will change, the TOTAL price include the value of the items + the delivery charge.

If you are happy with the items and the price in your trolley, click the 'Confirm Order' button (please not if you are already a registered customer, you will the option to use Express Checkout, or Ezy Buy®, for more information on the placing an order please click here)

If you have not placed an order or registered an account with us, or you are an existing account holder and are not 'Logged In' you will now be directed to our secure pages, where you will need to enter your email address and password (existing account holders) or enter your email address and post code in the right hand section of the page.

If you are a new customer your order will be processed after you have successfully registered an account.
